Do you have a child with a food allergy, a gastrointestinal condition, fluctuating weight or are meal times stressful. At RW Dietetics we make support practical, evidence-based and child-centred so you and your family can feel more confident and less overwhelmed.

What we do

  • Specialist assessment: A thorough, personalised review of your child’s medical history, current symptoms, growth and eating patterns, informed by the latest evidence and clinical guidelines.

  • Individualised care plans: Targeted nutrition strategies that address allergies, gut conditions, feeding difficulties and weight concerns while promoting growth, nutrient adequacy and quality of life.

  • Family-focused education: Clear, jargon-free explanations and hands-on guidance so caregivers understand why recommendations are made and how to put them into daily life.

  • Flexible options: Short-term problem-solving or longer-term follow-up depending on need — we don’t require long contracts or packages you don’t want.

  • Multidisciplinary collaboration: Liaison with paediatricians, gastroenterologists, allergists and other professionals when needed to ensure coordinated care.

What to expect

  • Obligation-free discovery call: A short initial conversation to understand your concerns, answer questions and see if we’re the right fit. No pressure, no commitment.

  • Practical first appointment: A focused consultation where we gather clinical information, assess feeding and eating behaviours, and set clear, achievable goals.

  • Stepwise follow-up: We take each step as it comes. Follow-up sessions (in person or remote) are scheduled based on progress and family preference — we prioritise what helps your child most, not unnecessary appointments.

  • Evidence-led, compassionate care: Recommendations are rooted in current research and tailored to your child’s medical needs, family routines and food preferences.

  • Clear outcomes and review: We track growth, symptoms and wellbeing, adjust the plan as needed, and aim to deliver measurable improvement so you see the value of ongoing care.

  • Children with confirmed or suspected food allergies

  • Those with reflux, constipation, diarrhoea, IBS or other GI diagnoses
